A centralized PPO agent learns to position multiple UAV base stations in real time, using only radio-sensing measurements (no GPS), to keep ground users connected as they move — trained and evaluated across four user-mobility patterns.

Reproducible software-defined radio testbeds built on USRP hardware, GNU Radio, and OpenAirInterface, used across the group's over-the-air experiments — including angle-of-arrival estimation from 5G NR Sounding Reference Signals, validated with commercial smartphones against a two-node USRP B210 receiver in both indoor and outdoor settings.
